Workshop proceedings

Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings as a special issue of the in the international journal System and Information Sciences Notes (ISSN 1753-2310) and distributed before the conference in the form of a CD-ROM and a printed copy.

At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant and present the paper at the workshop to have the paper published in the proceedings.
