VICON Revue is a wearable digital camera based on the Microsoft® Research SenseCam Technology aimed at helping people with severe memory impairment including sufferers from Alzheimer's disease. The unit either operates on a timer, taking photos unobtrusively every 30 seconds or can be set to take photos automatically when triggered by the internal sensors within the camera. Images can be downloaded and reviewed at the end of the user’s day and may have potential as a research tool as a memory aid in assisting patient rehabilitation
